About me
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with training and experience supporting children, teenagers, and adults. I completed both my undergraduate and graduate studies at SUNY New Paltz.
My approach integrates evidence-based treatment and skills including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Through the use of evidence-based treatment, my approach is rooted in collaboration, compassion, and curiosity. I tailor treatment that fits you unique circumstances and needs.
My approach is neuroaffirming and client-centered, emphasizing the unique strengths, experiences, and needs of each individual. I aim to create a supportive, understanding space where clients can build practical skills, navigate challenges, and embrace their identity while fostering growth and resilience.
Whether you’re seeking support for OCD, anxiety, executive functioning challenges, or navigating neurodivergence, my goal is to provide a safe space to explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck and to provide you with skills, tools, and understanding to help you feel more confident and empowered in your daily life.
