For Parents
Parent involvement is a vital part of supporting children in therapy. I work closely with parents and caregivers to provide guidance, tools, and strategies that help your child thrive both in sessions and at home.
Therapy is most effective when parents feel supported and empowered. I offer parent guidance to help you understand your child’s experiences, navigate challenges, and reinforce the skills we practice in therapy. This may include helping you manage anxiety, OCD-related behaviors, ADHD struggles, or supporting your child’s sensory and executive functioning needs.
I aim to give parents the knowledge and confidence to teach and model skills at home, making progress more consistent and sustainable. Together, we work as a team to ensure your child feels understood, supported, and equipped to navigate everyday challenges while celebrating their strengths.
